Subject: Non-response and refusal to process return/refund for Order #AS********** - Size Issue
I, placed Order #AS********** with Asian Footwears on October **, ****, which was delivered on October **, **** (AWB: **************).
The product is too small and does not fit. I confirmed that a larger size is unavailable, making a simple exchange impossible. I am therefore seeking a full refund.
I have made multiple, timely attempts to initiate and confirm this return, but have received zero response from Asian Footwears for the past four days. The steps I have taken are:
Initiated Return Request: A return request was initiated two days ago via the company's official portal/system.
Formal Email: I sent a detailed email on ** October **** (the one you provided me) to formally request the acceptance of the return and confirmation of the procedure.
Follow-up Email(s): I sent a follow-up email on ** October **** Evening due to the lack of response.
Customer Care Calls: I have repeatedly called the provided customer care number but the calls have not been answered or returned.
Despite my best efforts, the company is completely non-responsive, effectively refusing to process my legitimate return within their policy window.
My Demand: I demand that Asian Footwears immediately accept the return of the product for Order #AS********** and process a full refund of the purchase amount. I request Voxya's intervention to ensure a prompt resolution and return of my money.
