I ordered a customized laptop skin on May *, ****. It was promised that the order will be delivered within the next **-** days. It's been more than a month (today is June **, ****) and I have no update on this order. I tried to call them, but they've never picked up the call nor do they reply to my emails. I looked online for customer reviews about this company and many of them have faced this problem. But since the amount isn't too large, many people don't complain about it. But I can't leave them. I want my order or my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
