I have ordered from Shyaway order no -********* on **th March at *:** AM. Its been ** days today and i have not receive my parcel. Been following up with them over mails but no response is received. After ** days * of their customer executives name- Nafisa and Vaishali called and assured on the same day delivery but no one came and none of them followed up on same. I have tried multiple times to reach out to them over mails and customer care but their numbers are all wrong and not reachable. I am not sure why these guys are so pathetic. They seem to be fake and now when i asked them to refund my money over a mail, i have not received any response from their side.
Please help me in getting my money back as this is really mental torture getting no updates either on calls and mails.
