It's a lingerie brand newly introduced in the market. Out of the * products ordered of the same size, * of THEM fit and other * being the same size fail to fit. Inspite of ordering a size as recommend by their executive, the size is not proper at all.. and the strange fact is all the * products of the same size. After all of their representative tells me ' Susie brand ordered by you has some problem with the sizes.. So even if you order a larger size it may not fit you correctly so you must order Shyaway brand products'. They do not believe in the products they sell and are not sure about the same. Further on asking to exchange the * products which do not fit properly they say that you shall pay deliver charges. Just completely unprofessional to ask the customer to pay for fault of the company. I need a complete refund of my amount with a compensation for the time & efforts wasted for almost a month in return & exchange and writing emails, talking on calls with different different executives each time.. Each of them giving different feedbacks. Just completely dissatisfied with their services and product quality.
