I ordered a pair of sneakers (ASH Black Green) from Zaydn Sneakers on ** March **** and made full online payment.
My Order ID is ZAYDN******. It has been more than ** days, but I have not received any tracking ID or update regarding my order. I also did not receive any further communication from the company after order confirmation.
I have tried contacting their support, but there has been no response from their side.
This is highly unprofessional and appears to be either a case of fraud or extremely poor service.
I request either immediate delivery of my order with tracking details or a full refund of my payment as soon as possible.
If no action is taken, I will be forced to take further legal action.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
