I placed an order worth INR ****.** on Feb *, ****, which was supposed to be delivered on Feb **, ****. Its been almost * months and I have still not received the product yet. I tried to contact the customer care via emails, calls and chats for the updates but in vain. Today on *rd May **** when I logged in to there website to check the updates, I got surprised to see that my all previous history like order details, wallet balance, and even my customer id were deleted by them and I was showing as a new customer. Please help.
