I visit this site as there were frequent advertisements for this company. Very attractive products found a good deal and made this purchase online on *rd Dec **** and paid in full through Paytm as this is the only option available. It did not show me any delivery date of the product. Later was advised it will be in Jan. So on the **th Jan, I send email to the relationship manager as shown on the app asking to cancel the order as it's too late also this was going to ship from Hong Kong. I didn't get any response then I checked the customer care no and tried to call the company this no provided does not exist. After that was still tracking my purchase on the app and it continues to tell me its in customs at new Delhi since **st Dec. Every month since then I have been sending emails, message on Facebook there is no reply from this company I even asked PayTm to assist as this is a fraud they where helpless. A few days ago again went on the app to find out what happened. To my surprise, everything was wiped out no messages, order status, chats. I have been duped please assist.
