Meesho - Order not received

My Order no is #**********

I placed my order on Meesho, August **st and did payment through phonepe. The delivery date was updated as September *st

I was tracking the order around Aug **, and saw that due to rains in places the order is going back to the sender. So I know it's not going to come on time and I cancelled the order.

The order got cancelled and I didn't get back the money. The status said after the saree is picked up by meesho the amount will be refunded. But I didn't get the saree itself and nobody came to pick it up.

Waited for few days to see if I get the money, but didn't get it. So I revoked my cancel request expecting for the saree to be delivered. Now the product is also not delivered and the tracking status link shows error.

I am attaching a screenshot where you can see the status that the product is not delivered yet .as well as I didn't get the money too. Requesting you for the money refund of ₹*** or just reinitiate my order so I'll get my product atleast.
