my order was placed on the Feb ** **** was told will be recieving it within a week , called multiple times they text that it'll be delivered soon the courier service delay, it's been ** months not a word I had asked for refund multiple times their personal policy doesn't allow it but if they can't deliver it why can't they return my hard earned money
