Dhani store - Order not received
Nidhi Mishra filed complaint against Dhani store on Sep 9, 2022
I placed order for ** products which includes eye shadow palette and some glitters.
Out of which after calling a dozen times to customer care I received one parcel after one month and refund for other too.
Rest ** parcels are still showing "order placed" in Dhani app.
The payment was deducted from my account on the order date (**may ****)
The order I'd for the same is EP *******).
* months and ** days have passed but dhani customer support is also not corporative. Please help me get my refund.
