Dhani store - Money deducted without prior information

I was having ***rs in my wallet. Since last few months I was not active so they deducted the money from my wallet.
Yesterday I ordered a product of Rs. *** which *** Rs I used from my wallet and I added *** using UPI. Multiple times they cancelled my order and added my money to their wallet which was supposed to be credited into my bank account.
Now when I want to close my Dhani account and withdrawn my money they are charging interest on that also asking me to share my personal details like PAN Account number.
Want to file a complaint in national consumer helpline.
Want my money back or should proceed my order.
