Food Panda - Order not received

As This company had an offer of delivering food at rs *. I ordered it. Earlier when i ordered , they cancelled the order thrice. And this time when i ordered they didnt deliver order for * hours and again told after that they would cancel it. I am unwell and ordered food so that I could take medicine. They don’t understand the value of somebody’s heath. I want to sue them anyhow so that their company shuts down.
