Deba Pratim Bhuyan filed complaint against Flipkart on May 23, 2019
Ordered oppo f** pro mobile during Flipkart big shopping days and availed some offer on it. Also, payment has been made. Contacted Flipkart about the same via email/twitter/facebook. But Flipkart refused to process the order and pressurising me to cancel the present order and reorder again without an offer. Since the offer is not available now, it will be a loss for me if I cancel and reorder the same. Very pathetic service by leading online marketplace like Flipkart. Will be happy if the present order is processed and deliver me the mobile.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
