Hi There,
I have placed an order successfully for two sunglasses at Tollygunge Store of Lenskart but unfortunately the representatives of the store uploaded wrong eyepower. I tired informing them regarding the same but unfortunately they cancelled my order and did not refund me the money. I called customer care number but they were very rude and connected my call in conference with the store and used very unprofessional language. The Customer care executive even warned me not to raise complain against anyone. Since I have been facing issues for long time, I want lenskart to refund me the money along with the compensation amount of Rs. **,***/-
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
