I had ordered a pair of sneakers from their website on *th January **** which thyme u had promised to process within ** working days and now am sitting here on **th February **** with more than a month passed and these guys haven’t processed the order and they just give me dates that too after calling them **+ times on their customer care number neither do they reply to my mails.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
