Mainstreet marketplace - Package not delivered and no update or communication whatsoever

The order had to be delivered in * days, it's been more than ** days now and I have got literally no update not even a tracking number.
I've tried contacting them through email, whatsapp and instagram - no response on any of these channels.
Even tried calling them multiple times but it says switched off all the time.
Order number is #MS******
