SADDAM HUSSAIN filed complaint against Meesho on Feb 15, 2023
I HAD ORDERED ONE JALSA JUTTI FROM MEESHO AND GET DELIVERED IT ON *TH FEB ****, BUT THE SIZE WAS NOT PERFECT FOR ME SO ON THE SAME DAY I RAISE A REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE, AND THE MEESHO POLICY SAYS THAT THE EXCHANGE PROCUDT WILL BE PICKED UP WITH *-* DAYS BUT STILL THE ORDER IS NOT PICKED YET. WHENEVER I TRIED TO CALL CONSUMER SUPPORT AND COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS THEY ALWAYS CONVINCE ME SAYING THAT SIR PLEASE RAISE A REQUEST AGAIN WE ARE FAILED TO PICK YOUR ORDER DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE EVERY TIME THEY DO THIS WITH ME AND DENIED TO PICK THE ORDER, NOW I WANT MY FULL REFUND BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ME PROPERLY.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
