I placed Order ID ******* on ** June **** and completed the payment successfully.
Despite waiting for more than * days, my order has not been dispatched. The order status continues to show "Order Received - Awaiting Packaging".
I contacted customer support multiple times through email and follow-ups but have not received any satisfactory response, dispatch confirmation, or tracking details.
This delay and lack of communication have caused inconvenience and loss of trust.
I request immediate dispatch of the order with valid tracking details or a full refund within ** hours.
