I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent order of * t-shirts, which I had placed approximately **–** days ago. Despite the significant time that has passed, I have not yet received the delivery. I had previously contacted your support team, and I was assured that the order would be dispatched within *–* days; however, even after that timeframe, there has been no update or dispatch. Additionally, the order tracking system is now showing that my order has been cancelled, which is quite concerning.
