Payal Bharti filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 23, 2020
I placed an order for a bedside table on **/**/****. It was to be delivered on */*/**** but it didn't arrive. Since then they have shifted the delivery date to **th, **th, **th, **th and now to **th of Aug'****. Everytime I am told to wait because there is no cancellation option available. On **/**/**** a flipkart agent called and informed that cancellation has been processed however refund will be initiated once they get confirmation from seller (i never got the refund till date).
I bought it on emi and have paid */* of it to the bank already. Their customer care support has no knowledge on how to escalate it further or provide solution than just to reply with same answer thay they apologize.
Kindly help.
