Kanchan filed complaint against Pankh Clothing on Aug 15, 2020
I placed a clothing garment order from Pankh Clothing on **th August. They haven't shipped the order yet and not taking calls and replying on whatsapp messages. Before placing the order I asked for size measures for which they replied around an hour only. Now the website is showing that no order is placed and when I contacted them on same whatsapp number through call and messages, they are not replying.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
