I placed an order with them on their website on **th March ****. Have written to them multiple times on email as well as instagram DM and they said they will refund the money. They asked me for payment details, but never processed the refund. As on *th May I still have not received my order neither got the refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
