Paytm Mall - Order not delivered

I have ordered Surf excel easy wash from paytm mall app. Order was accepted on *-August **** (Order id- **********). Order amount was Rs ***/-. On **th august I received a text message from paytm that your order is expected to be delivered on **th august. But no information was further provided to me. After some days, When order was not delivered and no information was provided, i checked my paytm mall app and i was shocked seeing that order has already been delivered on **th august. I tried making complaint regarding the same from my oder section but they do not accept the complaint after *days of order delivery date i.e **th august in my case. I tried to call paytm customer care, but no body picked up the call from customer care for about half an hour. I wrote a mail to paytm care, but the reply came that we have closed the mail id. After a long call, Paytm customer care picked up the phone and they say we cannot take your request for this order delivery failure, as the no. of days have been passed. They regret for helping in this issue. None of their senior talked to me in this regard.
Now, all of the delivery status data on paytm mall app is fake. Product is not delivered and they show it is been delivered. So, its a consumer harassment both financially and mentally.
