Phonekart.in - Order not delivered

I have ordered Speria Model phone through online and I have done my payment also through net banking. I received the messages from the bank also. But I was trying to track my order and I couldn't track and there is no contact number and the mail Id they mentioned is not valid. I think they are not trustworthy. Kindly advice how can I get my order or refund.
I received the message as Your order has been successfully placed with order id **********. Please check your email for more details. Thank you for shopping at Phoneskart.in
I request you please help to get my refund amount.
