Phonekart.in - Non functional phone delivered

I had placed an order (# **********) on the phoneskart.in website. The product was delivered the *th of Jun, ****. However, I have observed the following :
A. The product is different from the one shown on the online catalogue.
B. The mobile phone ordered is not functional. I have not been able to switch it on even though I have charged it for a couple of hours.
The website has no phone number to address customer queries and complaints. I tried to email them at their official customer support email address but the email bounced back since their mail server is misconfigured! Seems to be a fraudulent website.
