I had placed a grocery order on August **. The order was scheduled to deliver on August **. The delivery team refused doorstep delivery saying you have ordered a lot of stuff and we can't deliver, so you have to collect from entry gate only. While I had already confirmed it from Grofers customer service that they will deliver on the *nd floor as it is not feasible to count all materials in public. I have mail trails from Grofers. Then they rescheduled it on August ** and then again rescheduled on August **. It is mental harassment for me due to their lack of services. On mails, they are saying sorry but not delivering services. Please help.
