Order No.********* was placed on **th May **** for * rectangular shaped washbasins and * oval shaped washbasin, each costing ₹****/-. The order was confirmed on **th May ****, and the supposed delivery date was **th June ****.
My GATI tracking number was AWB *********.
* oval shaped washbasin was delivered on **st May ****.
Since then, I have not got the other * washbasins delivered. I have contacted Pepperfry.com customer helpline, but all I get are repeated assurances that the products will be delivered within * days. I have asked for cancellation and refund as there is no clarity about the product delivery either from Pepperfry or GATI. Unfortunately, there is no way to even escalate the problem at Pepperfry as the App automatically reverts to a “internal server error” with each attempt to escalate the problem.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
