I have ordered mobile phone redmi note * through store **.co.in from Shanghai retail network on*/*/**** .I have made advance payment for credit card which has been received by the retailer.but till date no response from the retailer inspire of repeated mails sent .kindly help either to let the retailer send me the product or refund the recieved amount
