Redmi note 4 - Flipkart not accepting my return

i have ordered a redmi note * from "flipkart", seller name is "mobilekidunia".
and this phone is not working on my sim card (IDEA).
Phone is showing as switched off most of time when i try to call.
Technician guy confirmed that this phone is not working for IDEA sim card.
Now, Why should i change my sim card, because same sim card is working for all other phones (including other redmi phones).
Please help me out soon, because in next * days, my duration for return policy from flipkart will get over.
