Dear Bajaj Chetak Support Team,
I am extremely disappointed and mentally disturbed due to the unfair cancellation of my Bajaj Chetak **** order booked through Flipkart on * May ****.
Your seller and Flipkart kept my order active for many days and repeatedly assured me about delivery. I was informed that my scooter would be delivered by ** May ****. After making me wait for so long, suddenly the order was cancelled without my permission and refund was initiated automatically.
I never requested cancellation.
This is completely unacceptable.
I strongly believe the order was cancelled only because I purchased the scooter at a discounted price using a bank credit card offer. If the scooter was unavailable, then why was the order confirmed and kept active for weeks?
Because of your mistake:
I lost the benefit of the discounted deal
My valuable time was wasted
I suffered mental harassment and frustration
My trust in Bajaj Chetak and Flipkart has been seriously damaged
This is clearly unfair trade practice and deficiency in service.
My clear demand is:
Either provide me the Bajaj Chetak **** scooter at the same confirmed booking price immediately, or provide proper compensation/free upgrade because this cancellation happened due to your internal failure and negligence.
I am not responsible for the seller’s or platform’s mistake.
As a customer, I completed payment successfully and waited patiently as instructed.
If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with:
National Consumer Helpline complaint
Consumer Court case (e-Daakhil)
Social media escalation
Public review complaints against the seller and platform
