Summary of the issue:
Ongoing Defect: The current issue is a recurring problem with the Tech Pack variant, which I have faced for consecutive years. After the Software update on service, full module is non -functional and pack renewal is not reflecting for use and scooter is not usable
Service Delay: The vehicle was submitted on May **, ****, and is still in company possession
Lack of Communication: Multiple attempts to contact the Electronic City service center have gone unanswered, and previous email correspondence with your team has not resulted in a resolution.
