I placed an order for a Yonex Astrox ** Pro badminton racket from KIBI Sports on ** May **** through Cashfree payment gateway. The order was prepaid successfully and payment confirmation was received.
However, even after around ** days, the order has still not been dispatched and no tracking details have been provided. The seller initially kept sending repeated messages asking for *–* more business days and also stated that refund would be processed if the item was unavailable.
Recently, the seller has stopped responding to calls and messages for the past few days. Despite asking multiple times for dispatch confirmation or refund status, no clear response has been provided
