I had made the order via prepaid method on the website and got the confirmation from their team. Now after * weeks my order is still not processed. I am trying to connect to support team everyday but not a single phone call or email has been answered .
I have done multiple email for cancellation
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
