I placed an order for on ** February **** from Ditch The Guilt and made full payment of ₹*** at the time of purchase.
The order included * items (protein chocolates and brownies) and was intended as a time-sensitive gift.
However, upon checking the shipment status, I found that the order has been marked as “Cancelled” on ** March **** without any prior notice, consent, or explanation.
Despite successful payment and order confirmation, the company has:
*. Failed to deliver the order
*. Cancelled it unilaterally
*. Not issued any refund
*. Not provided any proper communication or resolution
I have already contacted the company requesting urgent clarification and resolution, but there has been response whatsoever.
This constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as the company has accepted payment but failed to fulfill its obligation.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
