I placed an order with Ditch the Guilt on * February (Order #*****), which was prepaid at the time of purchase. As of today, ** March, I have still not received the product, and there has been no update regarding shipment or delivery.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the company, but all listed phone numbers are either not working or appear to be nonexistent. Additionally, I have sent emails to their support, but have received no response.
This lack of communication and failure to deliver a prepaid order raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and business practices.
I request a full refund of my order at the earliest, along with appropriate action against the company for negligence and non-fulfillment of services.
