Abhirup Roy filed complaint against Mainstreet marketplace on Feb 10, 2026
I placed an order for a Nike sneaker (order #MS******) from Mainstreet Marketplace website on **th October **** and paid ₹*,*** (incl. delivery charges). The website promised dispatch within * days, but the product was never delivered and no refund has been issued till date.
Instead, the delivery date was repeatedly pushed without explanation:
➡️ Oct **** → Dec **** → Jan ****
After that — complete silence.
I have sent multiple emails to customer support — no response.
The helpline number is not working.
There is zero accountability or communication.
This clearly amounts to:
⚠️ Deficiency in service
⚠️ Unfair trade practice
⚠️ Holding customer money without delivery or refund
₹*,*** may not be a big amount for some, but it is hard-earned money and basic consumer trust.
I am now forced to raise this issue publicly after all private follow-ups failed.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
