Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an issue with my recent order placed on Flipkart. The details of my order are as follows:
Order ID: OD******************
Product Name: Kilos Basket ** items
Order Date: *th Feb ****
Expected Delivery Date: ** Feb ****
Despite multiple follow-ups, my order has not been delivered even after the expected delivery date has passed. Additionally, I attempted to cancel the order due to the delay, but my cancellation request was denied. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.
I have already contacted customer support multiple times, but I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. Since the delay is from Flipkart’s end, I should have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
I request you to either expedite the delivery immediately or allow me to cancel the order and process my refund at the earliest. Failing this, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities.
I hope for a prompt resolution of this issue. Kindly update me regarding the status at the earliest.
