I placed an order for * lipsticks under order no. *********** on **Jan****. . I spoke to their staff member Jyoti on **th Jan ****, and she assured me that she would send a message to the warehouse for quick delivery. Today is the **st, and there is no update from them. I have tried reaching them on their contact no. **********, but they are always busy and unreachable. I want them to deliver my order as soon as possible or refund the amount I paid.
