I placed an order, but it wasn't delivered, and they didn't bother to inform me. After one hour, when I reached out to support, they mentioned that no delivery executive was available. However, the app was showing that it would be delivered in * minutes. Due to this, I faced an ASD device closure, and I was forced to skip my medication as well. After * hours, they cancelled the order.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
