Mi.com - Order not delivered

I ordered the following two items from mi.com on **th March ****. By mistake, I put the wrong contact number while placing an order. A single digit gets wrong. But all other details like my address, email was correct.
* India Standard Adapter (Qualcomm QC *.* certified)
* Mi *-in-* USB Cable White. On **th, March I got an email from mi.com that my order has successfully delivered. It was a fake status I didn't receive any order.
On **th march registered a complaint on Mi customer care and got to know I have put the wrong number but still I asked them how they can send me to order delivered status if they are not able to contact me. They registered the complaint and assured me that I will get a call after * hours and I also corrected my contact number and give my alternate contact number. But I didn't get any call for ** hours then I call them again and asked status for my complaint then they said your complaint has been closed from our side as we are not able to contact you on your number then again tried on my wrong number. I was shocked the previous executive didn't update my contact number. They again registered a new complaint with the correct number and assured me that I will get a call in next * or * hours. But didn't get any call again. I again contacted them *rd time and got to know they still didn't update my contact number and still have the excuse of the wrong number, even I dropped an email not get the response on email. Then the *th time I called and the executive said you will get a call next day now and its **rd March now and I didn't get any solution yet. This a very poor service MI is giving to customers. Even taking casual on such serious issues. It is a fraud and I have lost my money, felt so much inconvenience and so much time lost (As I am working on an hourly basis so it is also equal to money loss).
