Replacement product not delivered till date. I was cheated by flipkart courier boy. My order stonix shoes was replaced with small size shoes. It was picked up by the courier partner but till date it has not been delivered to me. The courier is saying it's delivered. I have made the payment. After repeated complain flipkart is refusing to refund my money. In first complain the resolution was the pick up not happened . And in *nd complain the resolution was the order delivered. This is contradictory. No body is helping me out.
