The complaint against an online website called PynkVilla run by Chinthan Mehta from Kolkata (#C*****). On **st of Jan ****, while scrolling through Instagram I found an advertisement from this website called Pynkvilla. Before purchasing I tried to contact the team and they well responded to my queries because of which I went further and placed an order of Rs. ****.**/- containing an FCB Backpack and a Jersey. The order number is PV****. Later even after ** days, there was no response. I texted, called and mailed them multiple times yet no response from them. I raised a dispute request from my bank, Google pay and PayUmoney. Nothing is of use as the merchant isn't responding to these banks as well. Further, I found that this website is fraudulent and have been cheating many people like me. I hope you resolve my issue and help many others like me who have lost a lot of money to the hands of fraudulent such as Chinthan Mehta and Pynkvila.
