Luxismark - Order not delivered

I have ordered one Gucci men belt from this site and they told me it will be delivered to me in **-** working days and told me that I have to pay ** percent online and rest when the product will be delivered to me. I did same and placed an order.i didn't follow up for a month as they already gave me time for **-** days. After a month I asked them about my order and they told me it's still not send. When I asked them and pressurise them they send me the details of the courier service through which they send the belt. After five days I got the parcel and when I opened it,it was completely a fake product with rust in it. I send the pics of same to that girl who was co ordinating with me. She apologized me and said they will send me the right product. I have already done full payment and it's been ** days now, that fake product has also been picked up by them and there are no where abouts of my order. No number is working,no message or mail they are replying.
