Nurserylive Pune - Order not delivered

I placed an order on nurserylive on *st September. Order number NLV**********. It's not a small order. I paid rs. ****/- for this order. There are no updates from this shopping platform regarding this. Last email came on *th September that they are processing it. Today is **th day. No updates, not shipped yet. They don't have a customer care number. They don't think it's their job to reply to customer e-mail. They have a chat option, where they only give you standard answers like it's being processed, due to covid there's delay, they will ship soon etc.. but no response to e-mail. The representative will ask you your e-mail and say that they will check and reply, but they never do. I got frustrated with them and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money.. no response after that in chat too.. looks like it's a froad company and I lost my money to these people.

Also they say you earn * ncash for every * rs. Spent. After this order they credited only ****. I asked that too as to how this is calculated. There was **% cashback too. But no clarification was provided. Anyway what's the point. You need to spend more to use this and no point wasting more after knowing it's a fraud.

After resorting to all means to get an update and answers to my queries and as you can see the order is still not shipped and no information is given I am posting here hoping to get my money back.

If you guys are a valid company kindly refund my money. I don't want any orders from you. I will not  buy anything in future and I don't recommend nurserylive to anyone.
