Order ID: ********* ordered on June *th, **** at the time of * AM and they mentioned will be delivered on the same day before *.** PM but still, the product was not delivered. There is no proper response from Helpdesk **** ***** **. I raised a complaint "Complaint No: BB***********" through the helpdesk after a long waiting time regarding the issue but they close the complaint within * hour without acknowledging my complaint request and not delivering my product. There is no option to cancel my order too.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
