Khanjan Lodhavia filed complaint against Bigbazaar on Jul 11, 2021
Two BigBazaar Profit Club membership cards deactivated having substantial balance. Need it re-activated with the actual balance in the cards. Customer care and store staff unable to help. Please help to resolve through senior management escalation
