I ordered a cake for the birthday of our kid through this website. While booking it said it will deliver. On the day of delivery in the evening at *.**pm i got call saying it cant be delivered. I understand the situation and asked for my refund and they say the refund can only be given in the myflowerapp walet which i dont wanted as i dont want to order anything further from their website. They are not ready to give back my refund in any other way. The customer care agent was too rude and kept saying i am wasting her time. While they caused such a huge incovinence instead of being apologetic she was very very rude. With this service i got this time i no longer want to use their service but they are insisting to buy something from their website for the service they cant provide.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
