So i ordered from their website and made payment and everything. I even got confirmation text from then saying order will be placed in next **-** days. It's been two months since i ordered. I even mailed to them about this but they don't even respond to mails. They don't have contact number also so that i can call them. I mailed them multiple times about order status but I think they are purposely ignoring message. They have acc on Instagram as well where they post about their products. I am tired of mailing them i even said to refund if they can not place order. What should i do now?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
