My Flower App - Order not delivered

I ordered flowers for my mom on the **th of April **** from this site for the very first time, i chose the option of fixed-time delivery and paid *** extra for that. It was late and i called to confirm my delivery the guy on the phone straight away told me at the very end moment it cant be delivered on time in spite of my fixed-time delivery payment. The fact is I haven't got flowers nor the money till date. This website is a fraud and I would like to raise a complaint regarding this. They are scammer
