I had ordered few items from Chillshop mart. The order ID was #*****. Order was placed on Sunday i.e. **/**/**, since then I have not received any information about the product and its delivery. I had paid the amount at the time of order. Now whenever I try to open the site it says site not found. I had even written two emails to them but the company had not responded to them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
